Howdy! I am looking to release my apartment. I am graduating this semester and will be moving out in December. It is a 1 bedroom 2 story unfurnished apartment within walking distance of campus near Northgate. The apartments have just been completely renovated with an open floorplan, tile and laminate flooring, and granite countertops. The kitchen contains stainless steel appliances: stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The bathroom has a large shower with marble tile and each apartment has its own gas tankless water heater, so you won't run out of hot water. The bedroom is large enough for a king bed and has a built-in desk area. The closest is big and contains a full washer and dryer. From the bedroom, there is access to a large private balcony and downstairs there is a back patio. The apartment is dog friendly and directly across the street from a dog run. There is an outdoor common area with a couple of tables and a grill and the neighbors are all nice! I have loved living here and would stay if I could!
