There is a beautiful beach called The Sands a minute down the street (great dock for fishing and shrimping too). The apartment comes with a garage. I will pay the Jan and Feb rent for the garage (saving of $150, $75/mo) plus water (another $70 savings for you). I've already paid rent for December. My lease ends Feb 14th, I'm trying to move and need someone to take over my lease.(you can renew the lease if you like) I'll be moving out Dec 20th, but I can move sooner if someone is interested in renting my apartment.
