The room will be available Saturday December 1, 2018. The rent is $ 700.00 a month which includes all utilities, including Wi-fi and Cable TV. On move-in, the first month's rent is due; plus a $500.00 (refundable) security deposit. Also, a $100 " refundable" cleaning fee is due. Some storage space is available.
