Looking for a LGBTQ or LGBTQ friendly roommate for a 2bd 2 bth at Avalon Alderwood in Lynnwood WA. Rent is $1135 per month, utilities included and is a 2 year lease with 19 months remaining. I'm a gaymer who likes to sing and dance. Introvert but working on being more social. Have a 1 1/2 year old husky named Cloud who is friendly and kennel trained. Got plenty of gaming consoles and streaming services. Would prefer someone who speaks English between 21-40, Likes to game, likes to watch tv, can be a gym buddy, teach me more about cooking. There is a Full size bed on there if one is needed. if unneeded, can get rid of. Washer and dryer stackable in apartment and has a dishwasher. There is a patio right outside the window of the room with the door in the living room corner. Apartment is in Avalon Alderwood on 164th and Alderwood Mall Pkwy, Across from Fred Meyer and a few minutes from the mall, stores and restaurants. There is a pool, bbq areas, fitness center and Amazon Hub. Couples are considered. Rent would be split three ways into $757 each. Guests are good occasionally but not every day. if you don't know them well, they don't come to the apartment and after 10pm there should only be the people renting still there unless talked about in advance.
