The apartment has a lovely terrace to watch the sunset, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge and microwave . The washer and dryer is located within the apartment. The space has its own restroom and two closets. It is ideal to share and is huge enough to fit two beds, however, if you do intend on sharing the space lease maybe greater but that would be something to work out with the current tenet. You will certainly be living with Jeremy who is 30 years of ages, interested in movie, enjoys going to the beach, consumes a beer or 2 sometimes and very easy to obtain in addition to. Move in date is flexible; I would like somebody to take control of my lease prior to December initially though. The factor for leaving is I am moving after I graduate college.
