Are you looking for comfortable housing in Lansing for your medical rotation at Ingham Regional or Sparrow? If so, consider all that we have to offer....Available October 11th.We are renting a basement apartment for $175/week.We are about 10 minutes drive from Ingham Regional. Sparrow is about 15 minutes away. MSU is about 15 minutes away.We live in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We have a walk-out basement with a private entrance that is separated from the rest of the house. You will have a living room, dining area, kitchenette, bathroom, and bedroom. There is a queen bed, 2 dressers and a closet in the bedroom.All utilities and amenities are included in the cost. We will share a laundry room in the basement below the apartment. We provide wireless internet access available for use on your computer.The kitchenette includes a small fridge with separate freezer, a microwave, a toaster oven, plates, cups, and utensils. Please note there is no standard size oven.The living room has a TV, DVD player and a VCR for your personal movies.We will provide many extras so that you don't have to bring them by plane or pack them. This includes towel sets, sheet sets, pillows, hangers, laundry baskets, trash cans, and an alarm clock.
