Hi,me and my partner are both 28 young professionals. We have a large corner home in south philly. We have 2 entrances to the house, one to the living room and one to the kitchen. The living room is large with hardwood floors and the kitchen is big to. THe basement has a washer and dryer. THe 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The back room is a entertainment room for everyone in the house to use and it leads to a deck with great views. We are going to rent our middle bedroom starting December 1st. 500 a month to rent the room with utilties included. The only thing we will charge extra for is if you want cable in your room, you would have to pay for the box every month in your room. Rent is due at the end of every month, must be in the landlords hands on the 1st of every month. If its late, he charges 20 a day for every day its late. Our house is on a quiet street. we are accross from a large park, very safe to be in at night and during the day. We are near the famous philly lakes and the stadiums.
