Hi:We have a wonderful room with tree views, quiet, immaculate, and southwest facing windows-all day sunlight. It offers an excellent spot for anyone wanting to test Boulder out, someone waiting to move into their permanent residence, on a ski/biking vacation, business travelers, interns-here for short term training programs, or a family situations.The room rents for $285 per week (7 nights), $695 Month to Month. The room is located on our fifth level; very private up there with a shared bathroom (only two people will use this bathroom). No pets and single occupancy only..The room offers wireless internet (throughout the house) and direct DSL in-room connection as well, basic cable and flat screen LCD-HIGH DEF TV, a shared bathroom (two persons use only), plenty of privacy, Central Heat and Air, towels, and a wonderful place for your temporary stay. We are centrally located to Denver, Longmont, Louisville, and within walking distance to IBM, Crispin Porter Advertising, The Rolfing Institute, Celestial Seasons, Massage and Acupuncture schools, and the Eastern campus of Naropa University. Downtown Boulder Pearl Street walkway is 10 minutes by car and we are on the Busline (two blocks away).NOTE: The Best way to secure this room is to call us directly or provide your phone number when you write back. . Enjoy the Window seat with storage along the south-window-wall and a built-in desk with plenty of drawer space with a desk chair. You can fold up the Murphy Bed by day and have a functional office or small yoga space, and at night enjoy a warm comfy bedroom. This room has a 27' High Definition flat screen TV (free basic cable) mounted on a wall swivel for viewing anywhere in the room. It offers a large closet, ceiling fan, plenty of light, very private and a shared bath (one other person)-on the fifth floor of our home. This room rents for $285.00 a week (7 night stay), $695 for a 30 day stay, or a $55 daily fee (3 day minimum).Single occupancy only. Need a car? Ask about our SMART CAR transportation option (SEE picture below).If you are staying Month-to-Month you would receive kitchen privileges, laundry facilities, a well stocked brand new kitchen, and decks plus yard with open space views. We have a grill for your usage. We are located on walking and riding paths.We have a common refrigerator for your snacks + drinks and there is a microwave available in the common areas for daily and/or weekly renters.There is a $100.00 refundable security deposit. The entire house is kept immaculately clean, especially the common areas and bathrooms. I was amazed at how efficient everything was set up. From the laundry to the personalized shoe racks and from the personalized refrigerator shelves to the conveniently located cold water dispensers everything was easily accessible and comfortable. If you stay there for an extended amount of time there are some rules to be heeded to insure cleanliness. If you are at least a semi-mature adult this shouldn't be any problem.There are TV's in every room and fast WiFi access all the time. I stayed in the "earth meets sky" room and it was perfect for me. There was plenty of space, a big closet and a comfortable full sized bed. Bedding and towels are provided, that was a huge plus for me. It was also conveniently located only 15 minutes away from the Rolf Institute on foot and also walking distance from everything you'll need. Coffee shop, supermarket, convenience store and even a liquor store are all right around the corner. Some fast food places too. Bus stops are also a short walk away with the trip into downtown Boulder taking about 25 minutes.A.
