Hello;We have a southwestern sunny Garden Level Room with views. It offer an excellent spot for anyone wanting to test Boulder out, someone waiting to move into their permanent residence, on a ski/biking vacation, business travelers, or family situations. The room rents for $285 per week (7 nights), $55.00 daily, or $695 monthly (30 nights)-this room is on our Garden floor and very private with shared bathroom. No pets and single occupancy only per each room.It has wireless internet connection, basic cable and flat screen LCD-HIGH DEF TV, shared bathrooms, plenty of privacy, Central Heat and Air, towels, and a wonderful place for your temporary stay. We are centrally located to Denver, Boulder, Longmont, Louisville and close to IBM, Crispin Porter Advertising, Celestial Seasons, the Massage and Acupuncture schools, and the Eastern campus of Naropa University. Downtown Pearl Street walkway is 10 minutes by car and we are on the Busline (two blocks away).NOTE: The Best way to secure this room is to call us directly or provide your phone number when you write back. . It has southwestern exposure-streaming sunlight ALL day, Air conditioned for summer and well heated for winter. Very private and "tucked away" from the rest of our house. This has a shared bath (Two persons only sharing this bath). This rents for $285.00 a week (7 night stay), $55.00 daily, or $695 monthly (30 nights)--all utilities included. Single occupancy only-Need a car? Ask about our SMART CAR transportation option (SEE picture below).Renting daily there are no cooking privileges: However, we have a common refrigerator for your snacks + drinks and there is a microwave available in the common areas. There are cooking privileges for weekly and of course-monthly renters.We have a $100.00 refundable security deposit for daily, weekly, and month-to-month rentals.
