In addition to your private bedroom, you will have your own bathroom which is accessible to only you as it is an extension of the bedroom. The bathroom is new and features all necessities with a toilet, shower, and sink. In terms of using a kitchen, it is shared between you and my wife and I. It has everything you need with pots and pans. We are both friendly and easy to get along with. Around Us- Supermarket and Walgreens within a 5 minute walk. We have a police station less than a block away which keeps our safe neighborhood worry free. Getting Around- We are close in proximity to the streetcar, and busses that will make getting to places like downtown or fisherman's wharf easy and fast. We also live in a neighborhood with relatively easy street parking that does not require a permit. Laundry- We have a laundry machine downstairs that you will have full access to and is free to use. Wi Fi- You will be added on to our high speed network and in addition to you will also have access to free streaming TV as a bonus! You can have all of this for $1395 + $100 (all utilities covered) a month. 1 year lease required with a deposit of only $1495. We are looking for one person that is non-smoking and has no pets.
