Included: all utilities, DirecTV and high-speed Cable Internet!The furnishings are nice and the bed is very comfortable. The room is small to medium in size...plenty of room to be comfortable though. This is a non-smoking, drug-free, alcohol-free and healthy environment. NO pets allowed. We do have fishies.Your roomates (me and my 2.5 year-old son with a happy and social disposition) the landlords, and the neighbors are all wonderful people. This is a nice neighborhood with working class people in mid-town Ventura that's close to the CMH and VCMC hospitals, grocery stores, with an easy short drive to downtown and the beach. There are toys around the main living area!$625 per month or $180 per week or $45 per night. Payment up front is expected. Single occupancy ONLY. $200 deposit for week-to-week stays and $645 deposit required for month-to-month agreement. You can divide the larger deposit into two payments if you need. If you are looking for month-to-month agreement. If you want to commit for a week to see how it goes, that's okay too. It all works out the way it's supposed to anyway. If you want to reserve the room in advance, a monetary deposit of half your expected stay will be required or the room will be considered open to others.I am a business owner of a local day spa & salon.
