I'm moving out within the next month.... I'm needing a female undergrad student to take over my lease at Cabana Beach. I'm renewing the lease so YOUR rent can be lower. Right now it's 455 plus your water bill which usually runs between 10-12$. And your portion of the electric. You'll be splitting the electric with 3 other girls. Once I renew you'll be paying 433$. They do take your financial aid award as a co-signer. If not you have to make 3 times the monthly rent! You'll be sharing a place with 3 other girls. Each has their own room/bathroom. They are all really sweet, easy going girls. You'll need the 300$ deposit and let's say you move in sometime in April...that months rent/electric will be paid!!! So you'll just need the 300$ and then the app fee...Don't think it's more than 100$. The apartment has everything you need. Furniture (bed, couches, etc.), dishes, washer/dryer, internet, tv. You'll just need your clothes and anything else you'd like to bring. You can move in anytime within the next month!! and you do not have to go to Texas State...you can be an ACC student or CTTC student as well. :D
