my roommate sold her hm & is moveing out of state I need a roommate I need a rm to rent/roommate I need to move in with someone. I need a midage/older roommate retired ok male or female ok I'm reliable calm safe law abideing legal honest careing fespectfull decent shareeing helpful very alert very aware practical logical I have common sence I'm not a snob prude or a frumpim a straight white single lady. I have a steady monthly income comeing in I pay all bills early. I don't like drama fighting arguing or violence . I'm a calm person. I'm a muture adult I do have a sence of humor I don't like bitchy moody boosy people. I'm very protective of the hm this is not violence its common sence. I have common sence I don't like lieing or stealing . I help my roommate with yard & house wk I take care of the hm yard & pets as if my own especially when shes out of town my roommate has 2 cats. at hm I watch tv & movies read sitoutside clean house I'm on internet a lot I luv rain nature breeze & cool weather I hate hot weather. if u wk all day I will do most of the house wk if ur retired I wll help u with the house & yard wk. I'm like a maid/asst. I'm quiet when u sleep I don't use the living rm when ur hm. if u wk days I will fix my breakfeast after u go to wk & fix my dinner before u get hm I don't blast a/c when ur gone I use fans I don't use lights in the day I don't hor the hot water.if u wk days u shower first. I don't balst my tv its on average or on mute when u sleep. I'm nicer more honest & helpful than most people, but I don't let people use or abuse me. things I don't like & will not live with are gangs drugs weed users moochers liers stealers pedifiles perverts weirdos sickos animal abusers if u drink some its ok I don't want to live with drunks or in a party house. I must live in a safe calm home a safe area. I'm nota frump prude or a snob I'm downto earth easy going & easy to talk to yet I'm mannered & educated. ive traveled a lot & lived many places I dive I hace a car I'm alert I'm aware I need kitchen a private room cable internet w/d parking .if furnished great if not no problem as longas u average clean its ok male or female ok. of ur sick I will check on u & fix u soup. I like to chat when u want to chat & vent we chat when u want to be alone I respect that I don't want to live with a cold stranger. I meet my friends out I have a bedrm cat she never never goes out of the bedrm she fears all & is very house broken I never had a problem I like most music but I hate rap I'm a calm person. I'm not in to lots of loud noise just normal , I don't cook anything u dontlike when u are hm I go by your house rules & I adapt to the place I l;ive.im patriotic I do believe in God. I don't like trashy gutter people. if u have cats & dogs that's ok. I like most hm décor I don't want to live with babbies. I'm open to south east la south bay la beach ares orange county vallies if it has a/c no west side no downtown. I'm not hyper or loud I'm not lazy I'm calm I get things done I prioritise I do like to relax I have many intrest I eat all types of food. we dont need to be exactly alike just in important areas we must get along like each other & feel comfortable around each other I will pay $510 a month & do most cleaning can pay pet depo first & last upfront.
