The 2 bedrooms are on the main floor with a bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Full kitchen and breakfast nook and patio out back. THere is also a garage and off street parking.I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. THe rent is $450 and the sec deposit is the same.I am looking for someone who can be relatively clean, keep the common areas clean and help with dishes, garbage etc. I am a homebody and will hang out at home though I like to go out sometimes or have friends over.
