I am a single mother & currently a college student, we are looking for a house, town-home, or even if it comes to it an Apt, praying wishing & hoping- your the type of owner who doesn't mind pets. Most importantly WE need a new start to a new location away from NM, a safe place to finally call home, we're in need of a 2br 2ba & garage House OR a 3 br 2ba w/garage House to rent (or storage if it's an Apartment), within our price range.... ($800++) I have Section8 WE can move anywhere in the USA. My girls are in middle school, they'd like to live close by their new school if possible. Currently we live in ABQ NM. We have lived here in this 3br 2ba 1car gr, house for 3 years, we're a quiet family and very neat. I pay the rent & bills on time 1-5th of each month... No parties or have loads of visitors. (landlord can attest to this^). I'm able to pay Min rent of $450, Max is $895 will if need be- pay for Gas/Electric. Also willing& WILL take care of the yard since we have pets... 2tiny little toy Chihuahua's(Babii & Papi), 1 small long haired Chihuahua/Dachshund mix (Bandit), and 1 med size husky mixed(Cleopatra). We may have to find new home for HUSKY mix (Cleopatra) she's not allowed on the plane : ( Please email me and or contact me via here if you have a home (house duplex,town-home or Apt) you're willing & able to rent to us, asap since we are fly and/or may have to drive even, to our new home!
