I live at Martha's Vineyard in a 2 bedroom 2 bath on the first floor. I want to sublease my room starting January till the end of my lease in July. The room is huge with a walk in closet. Carpet in the bedroom but wood floor everywhere else. There is not a balcony but an extra room called the sun room. The area of the apartment is nice and in the back away from others. It's a good location. The other roommate is my cousin, who is nice and she is a nurse and works mostly nights. She has a small dog that gets along with everyone. They have a nice pool and weight room. Even a tennis court and are pet friendly. If you like to run they have a nice neighbor nearby to do so.
