The subway (6 Train at 68th Street-Hunter College) is a quick walk away, it takes about 25 minutes to get to Union Square and 20 to get to Herald Square-Penn Station. Central Park is a less than 15 minute walk away. The area is very safe, and quiet. 24 hour shops are close-by/next door and very convenient, Gristedes is 2 short blocks away, Food Emporium and CVS are on the walk home from the subway.This would be a contract for the semester from January to May, no credit check required.
