My roommate is moving out by July 10th (sooner if I can get a roommate) so I need someone to take over her part of the apartment.You would have your own bedroom and bathroom with shared kitchen and living room.The apartment is in West Little Rock Near Pleasant Valley, KMart, Whole Foods and much more. I will add in a photo of the floor plan, your room would be the smaller one with the detached bathroom. The complex is pet friendly and I have 2 dachshunds who are pretty friendly and love other dogs and cats, the pet fee is $350 for the first pet and $250 for the second if you have a pet you'd wish to bring with you or decide to get one later on, my dogs are dog and cat friendly just NO snakes. Rent is $320 a month for your part but with wifi, water, electric would be about $350-410 a month total depending on the electric bill and such, this month my half of rent was $405 and next month it will be $375ish. Rent is due at the 1st of each month. I don't have cable but i'd split that with you if you wanted to get it. I also would ask that you help with household expenses such as trash bags, paper towels etc that are used communally. If you need furniture my roommate will probably sell you her bedroom furniture super cheap since she cant take it with her.Now a little about me.I'm a 19 year old female who i works monday-friday and then is usually out of town part of the weekend most weekends. I'm not religious and I don't mind if you are as long as you don't try to push your religion on me. I enjoy traveling and reading, watching movies and spending time with my friends, though I rarely have company and I totally don't mind if you do. I am really into makeup and hang out on a farm in most of my spare time but also enjoy the girlier things in life. My music taste is eclectic but I listen to mostly indie and some new country, i'm not into rap. I do drink but don't smoke and would prefer that my roommate not either because i'm allergic (though if you do it just has to be outside away from the front door).I would prefer to have a roommate or someone around my age who can afford to pay their bills so 18-23/4 is my ideal age range student or someone who works full time is both fine . You must have a job and steady income and preferably your own transportation, just as long as you can pay your half of the bills its all cool.You must be mindful of my dogs and realize this was their home first, and make sure they NEVER get out when you open the door.Preferably I would like to live with a male around my age , but also would not have a problem living with a female as well.
