I'm looking for a graduate student or young professional to take over my lease for a single bedroom in a modern, unfurnished 4 bedroom/ 4 bath townhome in Pendleton. The townhome is in the Villages at Town Creek complex, a short 8 minute drive from the Clemson campus. The cost of rent includes all utilities, including cable and high-speed internet. The room will be available beginning in mid July 2019, and the lease term runs through July 2020. The common area of the townhouse is spacious, and includes a large kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 4 closets in the hallway to the right of the kitchen. One contains the in-unit washer and dryer, one is a large coat closet under the stairs, and the other two house large pantries. There is also a large locked storage area in the breezeway to the right of the townhome. Needless to say, storage space has never been an issue. The bedroom is on the second floor, and includes a private full bath with a tub and a large linen closet. The pictures below show the room as it currently looks furnished with my stuff. The other three roommates are all Masters or Ph.D. students at Clemson. They are all very personable and laid back, and value a relaxing home environment as a place to recharge. An incredibly sweet Australian shepherd serves as the house mascot, so fetch and tug-of-war skills are a plus :) Feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule a time to see the place.
