I looking for a roommate at Carrington Park Apartments in Gainesville. I have a private bedroom and private bathroom in a completely furnished 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, den, dining room/office, kitchen, garage, balcony overlooking woods, your bedroom has everything but a bed, even an armoire with a 42 smart tv., storage cubicle, overlooking forest. Washer/dryer, there is a desk you can use, garage right now is for a stand up freezer and storage. I have lived here 3 years so it is completely furnished. You would just need a bed and a queen size bed was in there before. I have a ShihTzu who is sweet when she gets to know you and a precious little short hair black kitty who will fall in love with you. I don t smoke or drink but if you have a drink every now and then that s ok. I am very easy to get along With. I don t care how you keep your room but I like to be respectful of each other and keep common area clean. I enjoy spending time with my roommate but I also respect their privacy. And if you want to have guest over that s ok. I am asking $1000 a month which includes rent and all the utilities, renters insurance, internet, all the tv channels I think you could want, power, water..I think that is all.it s a very nice apartment. And the most important thing for me is my relationship with God and I go to Free Chapel here in Gainesville. Please get in touch with me ASAP as I need to. Get a roommate soon. You have to be willing to sign a year lease the apartment s rule not mind. Everything is really easy going.Hope to hear from you soon.Forgot to mention that there s a pool, workout facility, business center in clubhouse, etc. A Great Place to live.
