Older, but cute and well kept home with 2 bedroom and bathroom, living room, and kitchen on 1st floor. I am the owner, 28 years old asian woman, student, will ocupy the basement, while the two main rooms above with living room will be rented. They are furnished, open, and bright. Very attractively furnished living room with two leather couches and a big screen TV will be for exclusive use for the two upstairs renters. Very well equipped kitchen will be shared by all, so we all will have to try our best to clean after ourselves and arrange cooking times, or we can share meals. I am open to it. Renters can use plates and pots and pans, just wash them or put in dishwasherwhen done. Shared bathroom with another renter of the same interaction. Both renters will share a fridge that I will purchase. You will have some storage in the kitchen as well. Washer and dryer in the basement is available for use. Parking on street. Wi-fi and utilities covered. Must be dog friendly, but he will mostly be in basement and backyard with me. Backyard and shop in back is for our use and not part of the rented part.
