Looking for a single female professional non smoker, clean, respectful, and responsible to rent a room in a shared environment. Its important that you understand what a shared environment is vs renting out the entire unit (i. e. shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom, etc). Someone who doesn't get sucked into any roomie gossip, neighbor gossip or drama! We are a private family so an NDA will be required as well as specific stipulation and or addendum in rental agreement. Do not respond if you don't do well with dogs. You will run into dogs when they are outside and as any other dog they will bark at you or sometime follow you. It is not up to me to monitor your schedule of when dogs should or should not be allowed outdoors to perform their duties. Dogs reside in the front unit with Landlords. Property has outdoor security cameras and gated secure property if this is an issue do not respond. Existing roomie is a female professional that works Monday through Friday.
