My teammates and I are looking for someone to takeover our lease at Woodway Apartments. We are currently in a 4 bedroom apartment and all of us plan on moving away. Our lease end July 31,2020. You are able to renew the lease for the following year. Each bedroom cost $297 not including utilities. All of the bedrooms have queen size mattresses, frames and dressers that we are willing to sell for $400 total. If you would like for all of the furniture to be removed from the apartment prior to arrival, that can be done upon request. We will be getting the carpet shampoos before you move in. If you are only interested in renting out 1,2,3 or 4 bedroom that will work as long as your okay with having roommates. Will share the common areas such as the kitchen and living room. The prices are listed below: One bedroom ($297.00) Two bedrooms ($594.00) Three bedrooms ($891.00) Four bedrooms ($1,188.00) You can move in January 2020. Message me to check out the apartment. You will have to fill out an application at the front office. The application fee is $35. The deposit has already been paid for by us. Each bedroom is $297 including trash and pest control Utilities not included: electricity, gas and water Renters insurance is required for every adult on the lease.
