There is a flat screen tv, table, chairs and couch. On one side of the sunroom is a brick patio with gas grill and patio furniture. On the other side of the sunroom is an attached deck with a table and chairs that can seat 6. The yard is spacious and allows an open place. There is a concrete patio right next to the lake with lounge chairs.
