I am trying to find someone to sublet my apartment for 8/1/19-7/31/20. I am currently paying $669 for my lease for these dates and I am offering my lease for $559 a month. Utilities are not included. Space comes with washer and dryer in unit. You have your own parking outside. If you have pets you will have to cover your own pet deposit as I do not own any pets. I am only leasing one bedroom but one of my other roommates are trying to sublet their lease as well...
