Please contact if you need the apartment furnished, and the cost will be different for furnished rate. After May, this apartment lease can be renewed under your name (thus no longer a sublease) for however long you need to stay for (renewed lease can be done per month, half year, 3/4 of year, or 1 year lease intervals at various rental rates) as an option. There is plenty of parking spaces, so there is no designated spots. Water and in-unit laundry (washer and dryer) rental is included as part of the rental rate. The unit is laundry hook-up setup, so if you bring your own laundry machines the rent reduces to $1036, because you can then choose to stop the $50/month laundry machines rental at any time. A large basement storage unit is included with this apartment (you can fit an extra bed, tables, closet, etc. its huge! ), and the apartment management allows early termination of lease contract in the event of job change. If you have pets, there is option to bring your pet as long as you pay the extra pet fee. I have lived here and worked with this management for 3 years, and would have stayed if I could.
