Hi! Im looking to sublease my room in a 2bed/2bath located in East Hollywood on Melrose. You will get you own room and bathroom. The room comes furnished with a brand new mattress, bed frame, desk, and desk chair. The apartment is also furnished with a couch and dining table set, kitchen supplies, etc. There is in unit washer & dryer, elevator access, a parking garage( for $100 a month), security guard downstairs, a gym, and a rooftop. Your portion of rent would be $1,698 plus $100 for parking if you have a car and want to utilize the garage. The area is very safe and walkable. There are a ton of restaurants around and close to the 401. I am looking to sublease ASAP but ideally before the end of January for the month of February. The lease ends Jul 31. There is possibility for renewal as well if youd like. You would be rooming with one people who is in her 20s, she is a senior at USC. She is very quiet and clean and super nice and as the furniture and supplies in the apartments are hers, she does not mind sharing them either.
