Hi there! Im looking to sublet my 1.5 bedroom apartment in Greenpoint from November 1 until January 1, at least. My apartment is a spacious 1.5 bedroom thats fully furnished. These images are from when it was listed online, and I can provide images of the furnished space. The apartment is on the first floor of a two floor walkup on a main street, though its mostly quiet and never super busy. The apartment is a 7 min walk to the Nassau G, and a 3 minute walk to the lovely Mc Golrick Park. The space is massive for typical NYC rentals. In addition to a small spare room, which I currently use as an office and closet, there is a separate middle room in between the bedroom and living room making it akin to a railroad style. The bathroom is newly renovated, and theres private access to a back area/patio. The apartment would comfortably fit or a couple. A small child could also stay in the smaller room, which is attached to the main bedroom though there is a door separating them. The apartment has great character with original wooden shelves in the kitchen and a built in bookshelf in the middle room. I have a hypoallergenic cat and Im simultaneously looking for someone to take care of her during this time period.
