Safe, rural / suburban neighborhood away from traffic. Large front yard with various tropical trees. Property is fenced and private as only 1 and occasionally 2 persons live downstairs. Large deck fronting living room. Bedrooms open to smaller deck on opposite side. Furnished with fridge, gas range / oven, microwave, small kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils, cookware, smart TV, linens, kitchen & bathroom starter supplies. Furniture in photos are included. Use of washer / dryer downstairs. Included: electricity (within limits), gas, catchment water, wifi internet, yard service and garbage collection.
