Street parking only or add $100/mo to rent outer driveway that fits 2 cars. No pets, smoking, gas/propane cooking, nor candles. Short term so no tape glue tacks nails screws nor painting anywhere. Full month security to hold plus full 1st month rent to move in, clean credit, sufficient steady (2x+) income are required.
