Very clean cabin built in the 1910s, but was remodeled in 2022. Back bedroom window directly faces a forest with no obstructed view. Front living room also has a good view of the forest. Youre just a 1 min walk from the brewery, and a 3 min walk from the Park & Ride bus stop which allows for bike and ski loading. Bus ride to Eldora is 15 minutes and the bus pass is free for Ned residents! Sorry, no pets allowed. - Furnished? No. - Air conditioning? No. Nederland has the perfect summer weather, so you dont need AC. If it gets towards 78 or 79 degrees (which is the highest it gets), just shut the blinds to block sunlight in and itll be nice inside. Utilities: - What is the cost of internet? T-Mobile home internet is recommended. $50 per month for unlimited. Average speed is 150 Mbps. T-Mobile gives you a router for the duration of your subscription to them, so you dont need to buy one.
