LONG-TERM RENTAL. - This booking is for 7 months EVERY YEAR from Oct. 1 - May 1. We travel during this time and are doing an add-on tenant. An application fee is required for management office. If interested, we need to meet and settle arrangements before Sept. 1st. Visiting family? Taking a course? Teaching? Doing a medical rotation? Or, considering a possible move to Seattle? Then, this is the place for you! Work references are required. Internet IS included. Electricity is NOT included and will be taken off the deposit at end of term. The space: This is a 4-floor multi-unit complex. Our place is quiet and cozy, on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator. The washer/dryer is right next door on our floor. There is everything you need in the kitchen, bath and living room. You will need your own cellphone. We do not have cable t. v. but we DO have Netflix and Prime Video. Wi Fi is included. Our neighbor, Mary, will answer any questions you may have about the building and neighborhood. The grounds are pretty and theres a pool (however, you wont be needing in the winter! ). Our deck is large. The unit is 2-br. However, we will be storing many things in our bedroom and keeping the door shut. You will have our daughters mid-size room, fully furnished with Ikea double bed and removable memory foam topper. Also, the full hallway closet is yours. There is a 6-drawer bureau and a small writing desk. A desk in the hallway is there for your use as well. Please, do NOT bring in your own furniture. Basically, this is for someone who plans to stay during the cooler months. We will always be available to you by phone or email. PLEASE NOTE: since we are not allowed to sublet, per se, you will be added on as a tenant. You will need to sign the lease for a 3-month stay and put down a one-month security/damage deposit. Youll also need to pay an application fee and show work references and paystubs. We are willing to reimburse you for half of the application. Get the best price at ListedBuy!
