The weight capacity is 150-200 pounds Max we provide work space/desk in master bedroom Child High chair available Blow up Mattress available upon request we provide floaties/vest for kids for the pool parking is allowed on the driveway or street parking we have a space for RV parking high speed Wi Fi 2 bathrooms- one in master bedroom and one downstairs. we provide make up towels, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash fully stocked kitchen- and we provide complimentary coffee, creamer and sugar 3 smart TVS- in master bedroom and both living room (one being a 75") games included: foosball, corn hole, oversized jenga and connect four, and lots of extra board games for all ages OUTDOOR SPACE fire pit and BBQ grill available- 1 time fee for propane use pool outdoor covered patio area and furniture Real grass area to layout Other things to note must be 25 or older to book check in is at 3pm and check out is by 12pm please be respectful to our neighbors quiet hours are from 10pm-8am no parties WATCH CHILDREN BY THE POOL AT ALL TIMES no pets allowed NO PARKING IN THE GARAGE Rv parking is available on the side of the home no smoking inside the house- there.
