Fully furnished, pet-friendly, two bedroom/one bathroom unit with parking spot available for sublet with utilities included. Unit is the top left apartment of a four-unit building with back patio/deck and balcony. My partner and I will be traveling from Dec 11, available immediately on Dec 11, and planning to return in mid/late July. Sublet is for 6 month (mid Dec-mid June) but preference if you can stay the full 7 months till July! Our landlord is supportive of the sublet so staying here will be a two part process. One will be a quick interview with my partner and I to make sure our home is a good fit for you, and second will be a quick chat with our landlord so were all on the same page. The space: Two queen beds with one bathroom. The front bedroom has drawers next to the bed with an additional dresser in the room. Dresser can be moved to the back room if needed. Three closets and bookshelf for storage, one closet in each room and additional closet in the dining area. All clothing will be removed from closets and the bookshelf will be empty/ready for your belongings. Will also remove all Halloween decorations long before your arrival : ) We are planning on leaving art up but you are welcome to take down and decorate to your liking as long as you dont poke new holes in the walls. There is a desk in the living room with extra storage and a desk in the back room as well. Parking spot is in the front of the unit. Youll see it pictured just to the right of the front staircase/entrance. Our neighbors each have one parking space in the driveway but our midsize SUV fits just fine a large truck may be borderline. There are metered parking spots in front of our home (Mon-Sat 8am-6pm), but there are non-metered spots on the street behind us (approx 2 min walk). You can also try and coordinate with our amazing neighbors to see if you can coordinate parking/moving the cars in the driveway. There is a shared coin operated washer/dryer in the basement.
