Sublease available for month of January. We are a couple that works remote and are hitting the road for the month of January and so we are subleasing our furnished home while we are away. WHAT YOULL LOVE: Our home is nestled in the popular Buckman neighborhood just a few blocks from Laurelhurst theater. Its a two-story house that has been decorated in a modern Sonoma style with upscale design touches like crystal glassware and a Samsung Frame TV. It will comfortably fit. MASTER BEDROOM: An extremely comfortable, firm King Bed and lots of linens. SECOND BEDROOM: We primarily use this space as our office but we also have two twin-sized mattresses that out of town guests use when they come to visit. KITCHEN: Fully stocked and has been recently updated to feature all gas appliances. DINING ROOM: With lots of light, our dining room comfortably seats 7. ENTERTAINMENT: Lightning fast wifi (we work from home so its gotta be quick) Amazon Alexa and a fully smart lighting system. Smart TV so you can watch Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and anything else you want. Record player Yamaha keyboard & guitar if you like to get your jam on. WHAT YOULL LOVE ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Our home is just steps from some of the best that Portland has to offer from coffee shops to birdtail bars to the best movie theater in town. Whole Foods is nearby (we walk there all the time) and our main neighborhood, Laurelhurst, is dotted with excellent places for sushi, ice cream, and pizza. More broadly, we are 20 minutes from the Airport and 5 minutes from Downtown. As we said, were looking for the month of January but would consider other 30-day stays, if you, say, are going to be in town during a different month. Get the best price at ListedBuy!
