The living room space is big and offers plenty of space for activities and lounging if you have a TV and or like to read while the sun shines inwards through the windows it comes with a small sectional couch & matte black curtains if you want more privacy. To add we have a spiral staircase that leads up to a second floor area perfect for pets or a home gym or an office. Accompanying this we also have a nice storage room that is big and well made for things you like to store during the months or for holidays. Moving back downstairs we have the bedroom that has a deck that overlooks the Beaman Lake and during spring and summer when its sunny and warms its perfect for tanning or just getting some fresh air. The bedroom also has a closet area for clothes that is very big and can easily be fitted to make a walk in closet. The bathroom is a full bathroom that offers everything you would need as well as a efficient dryer and washer unit. To finish all of this off we even have free parking which is right next to the loft so no long walks during grocery runs or whatever else you fancy and the location is perfect for whatever you need in Raleigh or the surrounding triangle areas. As we have a grocery store right down the street, nails done right down the street, want breakfast we have an IHOP directly down the street and much more variety.
