The 1508 sq. ft unit has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large covered patio overlooking the pool, laundry upstairs, a walk-in and tub shower, a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, a c-shaped kitchen island, covered parking garage w/ fob access, and quiet neighbors. We like our townhome but are due to have our first child in June and need to be in bigger accommodations to host our families during this time. We have informed management that we will be vacating at the end of April, allowing time for the townhome to be cleaned for your arrival. Our lease ends on October 15, 2024; however, management has move-in specials for those who want to sign a longer lease than the remaining 6 months. He has access to our townhome during normal business hours and has been given permission to show our home to prospective tenants, alternatively I work from home if you need to visit outside business hours. Our current rent is $2695/month, $65/month for parking, $25/month for trash service, and $30/month if you have a pet.
