I am subletting because I am planning to move closer to Columbia University. The apartment features: -Huge window with views towards the Hudson River. 5th floor views. -Modern stove and grill system with marble finishes. -Modern refrigerator. -New washer and dryer directly in the apartment. -Elevator. -New hardwood floors. -Modern NEST heating and cooling AC. -On-site parking with ample space. -Pet friendly, with documentation -24/7 Concierge services. -Secure entry. I am looking for someone who is: -Makes around 30-40x the monthly rent. -Has a credit score of around 650-750. -Is dependable and communicates well. Though, we can talk about it and come to an agreement with one another! I hope you dont mind if I inquire about your job and living situation. -Preferably, for move-in around 1/20/2024, though we can talk about it. -Rent is about $2,119.00 a month, and I am currently paying $25 for monthly garage parking and $50 for a pet, but we can come to an agreement about those if needed. All utilities only add about $60 to my monthly rent. -My lease is for two years and ends on 08/24/2025. I would appreciate it if you could lease for at least a year, or if you want you can live there the entire time and renew yourself. -I would appreciate it if you could pay a security deposit of $2,000. I would also appreciate it if you paid the rent for the month you moved in, so move-in for Jan 20th would pay the rent due for that month. But, again, let me know and we can come to an agreement. I want this to be a good situation for both of us. -I may be able to leave some furniture for you, mainly the mattress, hopefully we can talk about it when the time comes.
