Looking for a quiet respectful person, kid friendly, who is currently working, clean and drug free. My best friend with her twin kids are the only person that lives in the property. My best friend works from home some days. This is a furnished room and have a queen bed, night table , lamp and a dresser. Asking for $500 a month. Only 1/2 rent deposit : $250.
