Renting out 2 extra rooms in a 6 bedroom house located northern Vallejo almost near Benicia. Females preferred specially on the upper bedroom as the landlady lives there too. Students and Professionals are all welcome. Non-negotiables: No Smoking inside the house of any kind. Pets, Ironically we do have pets in the house but we already have 3 dogs and one more maybe one too many. If you will be renting our room just pls be aware that we do have dogs and even if they are in their rooms the majority of the time (with the occasional barking) we can't have someone who is not good with dogs or allergic to them. Frequent Visitors, boyfriends/girlfriends staying 80% of the time will be considered additional tenant and will be charged for utility fees ($200-400). Loud and messy tenant. Current roommates are usually up around 4-5 am and gone by 6-7 am. So we value individuals who are quiet, conscious, aware, and respectful of others and not just themselves.
