Hello Fellow Rental Shoppers,While looking for a rental property I came across this post for a company that helps you find a rent to own forclosure. The guy that answered the phone "Richard" 805-861-XXXX at American Standard Online told me they provide a list of properties that are rent to own, you pay a fee of $199 that is refundable if you don't find something in 90 days. I looked up the company on the BBB website to see if they actually refund the money and what their rating was to see if it was worth it or not. Their rating is an F - so my advice is to avoid this company: American Standard Online. Good luck in your house hunt!
