This is the best location to live in Boulder-- steps away from Boulder Creek, Naropa University, only 4 blocks from groceries and the Pearl Street Mall. The neighborhood is a good mix of families as well as all types of students.About the house: The house itself is a 70's, cabin-style house with a wood burning fireplace/stove and wood paneling. It's incredibly cozy in the winter. It also has a large front porch with a porch swing and a picnic table. The house is connected to our neighbors via a 2nd floor deck that is one of the best hang out spots you can get in Boulder, in my opinion.About the room: The room is about 8' x 15' with a large closet and windows all around, so lots of light if you want (shades on all the windows if you want dark). The room has its own entrance from outside, which connects to a smaller porch with another almost private porch swing.About the roommates: We are four guys in our early 20's (3 without me), all CU students at different phases but about to graduate. We keep a good balance between school and partying, make breakfasts/ grill together frequently. We all bike a lot and are active. There's a small room that we use to do bike repairs/ store ski/boarding equipment. We all have jobs and school so we keep pretty busy. We are relatively clean and all do our best to contribute to cleaning. Basically if you're looking to have a good time yet live with students, and be central to everything, this is a great place.FYI: I am taking my cat with me, but if you are allergic to cats that may be an issue even after he's out.Between Xcel / Comcast/ Water/ Trash etc. utilities come to around $80-100/ month.Email or text James 720-841-XXXX to set up a showing asap.Available as soon as possible.
