It has a large closet and will have freshly cleaned carpets. There is an on site gym, pool, and basketball court. It is very close to I-5, shopping and restaurants. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. As well as a dishwasher and a garbage disposal.All deposits have been paid for, including pet deposits. I believe there will be an application fee to move in.The other room is rented by a professional man in his 30s. He keeps mostly to himself and has a guest from time to time. He is quiet and respectful of his roommates. On his days off he tends to spend them away from the apartment.My husband and I have to move across country and are looking for someone to take over the lease. You will have the chance to renew when the lease term is up. We are looking to rent the room by the end of June.
