Needing a place to stay? I have a lease at NCC located on Bostic Drive behind the Wilco-Hess and Bojangles, on the corner of Greenville Blvd and Hwy 264.My lease is in a 4bd/4ba large apartment on the 3rd floor at NCC. Looking someone to Sub-lease ASAP. Lease ends July 31, 2013, and can be renewed next year if you would like to stay. I have 3 other male roommates that attend ECU. They are very easy going and easy to get along with. If you do not choose to live with them, I do think the office will let you just take my 4bd/4ba lease in another apartment.There are two buses that run everyday on a 12 minute schedule. NCC is a very nice place with three pools, two clubhouse, two volleyballs courts, and a full size indoor gym. It is a gated community and starting next week NCC is staffing the entire property with Greenville PD and a private security company. All utilities are includedin the rent with wifi internet and cable tv. I am willing to help however i can for someone to sublease. I love it at NCC, but iam moving back home and need someone to sublease ASAP. Please contact me if you have any questions, or if you just want to stop by and see the place.Listing ID 2155683.
