I am looking for a roommate to fill the second bedroom in my spacious, 1450 square foot new, apartment as early as September 15 in Hoboken NJAbout me:My name is Joseph and I am a male in my mid-twenties; I work in NYC as a lawyer and adjunct professor. I am laid back, clean in common areas, sociable.About the apartment:- It is located near the corner of 7th and Madison, in a condo building, so everything (kitchen, bathrooms, etc) is clean and new.- The unit is on the 3rd floor (walk-up apartment), has a large gourmet kitchen (nice appliances and a dishwasher), extra large living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms-The apartment is fully furnished with the exception of the vacant bedroom and currently a TV for the living room (Im responsible on getting one)- Hardwood floors throughout- Washer and dryer in the unit!- The building has a backyard that is shared by the entire condo building for tenant use.- We are a 5 minute walk to the light rail station which runs directly to the central train terminal (this terminal is home to the PATH and NJ Transit, meaning quick access to NYC and anywhere in NJ.) It is also a 12 minute walk directly to the central terminal- I have a street parking permit available if you own a car and would like to keep it by the apartment , though I will be using public transportation, and Hoboken itself is a small (one square mile), very walkable city.-There is also a parking spot in the basement of the building available for an additional charge per month.- We are a 3 minute walk to the grocery stores (Shoprite)- The room available fits a dresser and queen sized bed and other furniture you might have. There are giant bay windows in this room and a closet.About you:Preferably male, non-smoker (however smoking is ok as long as it is outside of the apartment) .
