IF you are looking for a CHEAP place to live over the summer...you will love this!We are looking for 2 or 3 sublets to live in this house on River Meadow Dr. It is exactly one mile from Rochester Institute of Technology.The earliest date to move in is May 1st, 2012. You can stay the whole summer if you like.It is a very cozy house!Most furniture are provided- you may need to provide your own bed/dresser- depending on the room.We have a BIG backyard with a treehouse.Pets are ok- it depends on the animal.Kitchen supplies are provided- but you can bring your own.We have a deck in the back along with a grillWe have a basketball hoop if that matters to you :)*You should be clean* Rent is negotiable*Utilities are not included- but it is cheapPlease email me ASAP.
