I am gone touring 6 months out of year so you d have house to yourself. Ideally looking for someone who may want to take over lease and rent entirely over next couple years as I transition down to So Cal to be near my elderly parents. Pref employed or retired female who can pay rent (no section 8 voucher, sorry) but am open to any gender. No smoking/drinking preferred but not necessity. Minimum 3 month stay. $850+split PGE; all other utilities paid by me. I am a very private person with unusual schedule. Room is 9x11, has walk in closet and is adjacent to laundry room/sun porch.
