Close to the 8, 125 and 94 Freeways, Grossmont Shopping Center, Lake Murray, Mission Trails, Cowels Mountain, Santee and Hospital. Driveway or street parking available. About Me: I'm a very young fifty-one year old female, considerate, friendly, optimistic and easy going. I live a balanced, healthy and active lifestyle and drink alcohol moderately and non-smoker. I may have an occasional overnight guest or dinner guest, which you are also welcome to have. About Current Roommate: Male in mid 30's who's In the Marines and out here on a billet until the Summer of 2018. He's married and has 3 kids who live in North Carolina, where he was transferred from. He works full time and enjoys golfing, fishing, running and hiking on weekends or chilling at home. He's easy going, drama free and laid back, non-smoker and drinks alcohol moderately. Preferred Roommate: Age 30+ and Male, someone who works out of the house. Please be a great communicator, financially responsible, considerate, trustworthy, drama free, respectful, friendly and clean. You'll have access to a fully equip kitchen, living room, dining room, pool and part of the garage for storage/tools. No pets and no smoking tobacco, 420 friendly, just not in the house please. Room available December 1st, but also flexible for a later move in date through the 17th. No credit check required, but will need proof of income and solid references.
