There is a full size washer and dryer, fully finished and furnished basement, 2 refrigerators, 2 fireplaces, etc. Of course, you would have whole house privileges. We have FIOS cable with ALL the MOVIE CHANNELS and FIOS super high-speed wireless (secured) internet. I have the rec-room in the basement stocked with a 55 inch Mitsubishi HDTV and surround sound. We have one cat, a dog (Shiloh Shepherd), an African Gray Parrot,and a 180 gallon saltwater reef tank...we would welcome any pets, but they will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, Dulles Towncenter mall, the toll road, route 28, and route 7.The room itself is 13x14ft, has a walk-in sized closet, and is located on the lower level next to the rec room and a walk-out to the back yard, which backs up to the woods. It is already wired for cable and high speed internet, and is complete with the cable box already in place.We are laid back, but definitely social....We get along great and have people over occasionally, so you must be cool with company at times. We like to hang out, go to concerts, the beach, Atlantic city, etc. It would be best if you were either a heavy sleeper, or (like us) a night person...we generally go to bed around 2 or 3am.
