I am looking for someone who is financially stable, friendly, and clean. The unfurnished room is available now for only $700! There is a background check that the owner will run that costs $45, but everyone passes. Utilities: Included besides SDGE (runs around $20-25 per mnth) as well as internet ($30). Amenities: There are two parking spaces on site, on site laundry as well as a pool. The complex is quiet and does not face the street. About Me: I am a 30 year old working professional, who is clean, friendly and down to earth. I spend a lot of my time outside, but when I am home I am usually relaxing, watching tv or playing video games. During the winter I am off snowboarding, and during the summer I am usually hanging out in Ocean Beach. I like to listen to music, but I am a very respectful roommate and I don't throw big parties or do drugs. I have a 3 yr old border collie lab mix that is high energy, highly trained, friendly, and warms up to everyone.
